yes it is 17.5 is a medium. I'm 5'7" and it's a slightly longer top tube then i'd like

less that 23.5 i put on a new sprocket and half link chain since i weighed it last so should be a bit lighter. could easily get it lighter

Knew a guy who worked at a shop. They had a bunch of parts they stripped off a fuse to give a kid the frame as a warranty replacement. So I decided to buy those from my friend and build up a bmx bike with whatever parts I could use (which ended up being the seat/post, crank, bars and stem).
